Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern all sales made by Belle de Corps, with its registered office at Rue de la Blancherie 61, 1950 Sion, Switzerland, through its website www.belledecorps.com. By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

Article 2 – Products

The website belledecorps.com offers women's dresses for sale. Product photographs and descriptions are presented with the utmost care. However, minor variations may exist between the product photograph and the actual product, particularly regarding colours, due to the customer's display settings.

Article 3 – Prices

Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer's region and include all applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders. Belle de Corps reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

The customer places an order on www.belledecorps.com by following the online ordering process. The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order before confirming it. Confirmation of the order, together with full payment, constitutes a binding sales contract between the customer and Belle de Corps. An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer at the email address provided during the order process.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. Payment is secured by the security protocols implemented by Shopify Payments. Belle de Corps does not store or process any banking data directly.

Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the United Kingdom. Additional countries will be added in the near future. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 13 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on carrier circumstances. Belle de Corps shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control (adverse weather conditions, strikes, peak commercial periods, customs inspections).

The customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor the delivery of their parcel.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions — for a return to be accepted, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
  • All original tags and protective materials must be attached.

Any product returned that does not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact customer service by email at info@belledecorps.com, providing their order number and the reason for the return. Customer service will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Article 8 – Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt and verification of the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order. Only the product price will be refunded; any return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 9 – Warranty

All products sold on belledecorps.com are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. In the event of a conformity defect identified within the legal timeframe, the customer may contact customer service at info@belledecorps.com to arrange an exchange or refund.

Article 10 – Liability

Belle de Corps shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products purchased on the website. Belle de Corps's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 13 – Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to the competent courts. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of the Canton of Valais shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence.
