Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
Belle de Corps currently delivers to the United Kingdom. Additional countries will be added in the near future. Please check this page regularly for updates on available delivery destinations.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on all orders, regardless of the order value. No minimum purchase is required.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Shipping: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 13 business days from order confirmation.
These times are provided as estimates and refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on peak periods (sales, holiday season, special promotions).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel in real time. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, or contact us at info@belledecorps.com.
5. Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend that you check the condition of the packaging and the product. In the event of a damaged parcel or a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt at info@belledecorps.com with photographs of the parcel and the product concerned.
6. Undelivered or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please check the status of your order via the tracking link. If the parcel is shown as delivered but you have not received it, or if no tracking update has appeared for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service at info@belledecorps.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you an appropriate solution (reshipment or refund).
7. Customs and Taxes
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price displayed on the website. Belle de Corps cannot predict the exact amount of these charges, as they depend on the customs regulations of the destination country.
